Bainbridge, The Beauty Of Southern Georgia 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) Living in Bainbridge, GA means being able to embrace nature while relaxing in southern charm. It's a beautiful town in southern Georgia not too far from the Florida border, and under an hour from Tallahassee, FL.

Even though the area can get a bit hot, there is often an amazin

It's a bit different from just sitting in the woods or being in a city with just a few decorative trees, because the chorus of clashing leaves in the wind has a gentle echo against the nearby homes and shops.

Walking around downtown--or really anywhere in town--will give you a taste of that same closeness to nature. If you want a bit more of city living, just stick to E Shotwell St (Highway 84 business) and enjoy the many great restaurants. Leaving town to the east, you can find a nice Japanese restaurant and visit the Twin Lakes

The best areas in Bainbridge are near Twin Lakes, the downtown area, and the parks around the Flint River. Read Less
