Area surrounding the school is classic college student oriented businesses. Lots of amenities for a town of 25,000. Forget about fine dining, however. Many rental options but if you want to buy something, parti ...Read More cularly a condo, good luck. Topography is more like WV than flat OH. School has reputation as a party college. Big Halloween bash. Recreational opportunities nearby for the outdoor enthusiast. Unattractive shopping and motel strip at edge of town. Town once housed a big mental illness facility.
