ss and openness and their empathetic nature to nurture and help others is really what drew me to actually relocate here after a visit here in 1999.
Some things have indeed changed within those 19 years since I relocated here, but the changes have all been for the better! We have a great economy, both locally and with the tourist contributions. The schools here are excellent. And there are plenty of fun activities to do that don't necessarily have anything to do with tourism!
My favorite is to go shopping! I'm always able to find unique, hand crafted gifts that you really won't be able to find anywhere else. I love finding those little trinkets and surprises and giving them to my friends and family back home in the lower 48! It's great!
