Temescal Valley, CA: A Very Quite SoCal City

I lived in Temescal Valley for about a year but eventually moved north because the city just didn't have enough attractions to keep me there. It's nestled along the Santa Ana Mountains and while it's a picturesque city, there is very little to do in Temescal Valley.

oking for work here, you will likely have to find a job in a neighboring town. The same can be said for any shopping that you need to do. You will certainly need your own vehicle to get around because the town is spread out and it can be a short drive to reach any surrounding towns.
On the other hand, the Santa Ana Mountains are spectacular and by far the best area in Temescal Valley. It's a little over a mile high at its peak and an excellent place to go hiking or camping. The home prices here are what you would expect from California, so make sure you do find a job before moving here.
