Spring Lake, North Carolina: Provides What You Need and Growing Everyday 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) Living in Spring Lake, North Carolina has been a positive experience. I have lived here for 6 years and have had no huge problems. I am a civilian contractor for the military and needed a place close to Fort Bragg and this community provided it.

There are cheaper areas around ...Read More here and I will have to say that living in Spring Lake, North Carolina does give me a higher cost of living then if I had chosen elsewhere. Besides the cost, there is some concern that the crime rate continues to increase. The local police department is creating a plan though to start more watch programs.

The best areas in Spring Lake, North Carolina is that within a short drive you can find two absolutely beautiful hiking trails to spend time on. There are also a few stores here in the town and more stores are constantly popping up. Overall I get what I need to live a content life and the place is still growing and expanding. Read Less
