Surprised this made the list of 100 most "livable" cities. Cancer rates are high, very high. Santa Susanna is the site of our nation's first nuclear reactor (and partial core meltdown). Built during the cold war era and kept secret for years, this nuclear reactor at the site of the Santa Susanna Field Labs (near Rocketdyne facility) had partial core meltdowns in 1959 and 1963, which were …
