small part of the downtown area and having your own car will help a lot.
The best area in Rosemount is definitely the Minnesota Zoo. I've been there several times and it is a beautiful and educational institution to visit. Since it's close to Minneapolis-St Paul, you'll have a lot of options when it comes to finding a good job. Finance and healthcare are a couple of the big industries.
