Poorly ran by liberals 3 rating By Anonymous ( Feb 24, 2019) Piqua is actually a nice town with good schools but suffers terribly by very poor city management. Highest tax rate in area, city controlled electric company with the highest rate around. The city charter currently allows for council to determine the mayor and the police spend m ...Read More ore time on their cellphones than keeping the public safe. Johnston Farm and Indian Agency is one of the biggest farms in the area, and gives you insight into the crops that are grown in Piqua. You can also pay a visit to the Piqua Public Library, which is in an historic building and features various types of media from both famous and lesser known artists.
