The best I can say about this town is that there are beautiful buildings and houses. This town and the people that run it are not interested in having it be a vibrant place that attracts tourists. The housing market is loaded with houses that sit on the market.

ke a clue from Chincoteague or Cape Charles in how to attract tourists that stay, spend money and add life to the town. People that come here expecting small town friendliness would do well to seek another place. The signs point to a dying town and one that is not easy to sell a house in if it costs more than $150,000. I was only too happy to leave.
