Independence Kentucky: The Life Of Simollicity!! 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) Living in Independence Kentucky is great. This is a well structured city that has a lot of the big city needs. If you need more taste of the big city, it sits fifteen minutes away from Cincinnati Ohio. This makes Independence a getaway from the city.

...Read More nce Kentucky are the multiple activities that are available for entertainment. The different family activities make the town a great place to raise a family and spend time with them. There are local museums and even a zoo. There is something for everyone here in Independence. All of this comes without the hustle and bustle of the very large city atmosphere.

Local bars create a unique nightlife in the city and those that live here feel comfortable. I love that there are regulars in some establishments. It is very community oriented. Shopping is comparable to that of any decent sized city. All of the needs can be met in this town, however living in Independence Kentucky makes for a simple life. Read Less
