The best part about Danville is the reasonable price homes. I live here and have purchased several homes to fix up and rent out. The neighbors are very welcoming and crime is low. The schools are okay but we do have Magnet schools and some private schools that are better than typical public schools.
We don't have many places to shop here so I usually travel to Champaign-Urbana or shop before I come home. We have typical restaurants in town including Mexican & American including burgers and pizza. My favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat is El Toro. I love the tacos and the sauce they use.
