nd rent control type places are slim and none. Traffic is horrific..hard to believe but true. Generally, the area is very unfriendly..lots of posers with angles, if you're extremely wealthy you can certainly rent friends in this town not a problem. ..lots of phony name dropper types. Low crime..mostly DUI's and people scamming each other. If you're thinking of moving here I'd strongly recommend serious research and a visit before taking the plunge.
