m going to enlighten you on what this town is like.
As far as attractions go, there is the Woodmere Lanes, The Woodmere Club, and the Keystone Yacht Club. The Woodmere Club is a country club, and it differentiates itself in that the people are very down-to-earth. The Woodmere Lanes is a great place to take the kids for a birthday party or an afternoon of bowling. The Keystone Yacht Club is a great way to get on the water and enjoy dinner from a world-renowned chef.
The community is good overall. The town does have a high cost of living simply because it is so close to New York. However, Woodmere is a part of the “five towns” and it is much quieter than the middle of New York City. On any given day, you will see people walking their dogs, chatting, and doing all of the normal things typical of suburban living.
Restaurants in Woodmere are great because there are quite a few of them of many different varieties. There are a few opportunities for nightlife, and many mom-and-pop stores along this metropolitan area as well. Of course, I am better for it because of living here.
