Westport is a Great City for Families 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I have enjoyed the last three years living in Westport, Connecticut a city that has excellent schools and safe environment for raising kids and establishing community within this small multicultural town. Westport has been recognized for its school system that is one of the best ...Read More in the state and continues to perform highly on the state test and also graduation rates. It has lots of recreational activities and is close to Compo Beach which is a gorgeous beach throughout the year.

Westport is extremely safe and its residents can easily and confidently walk the streets without fear of crime or any other negativity within this community. The best areas to live in Westport are off of Main Street. Westport is known of course for its Compo Beach, Sherwood Island State Park, and IFloat that provides its residents with opportunities to enjoy life and have various activities for families. I love Westport Connecticut and would recommend my city to anyone interested in finding a very friendly safe and fun place to live and raise your kids. Read Less
