A Welcoming City 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) This small village has a quaint charm and is has extraordinary events held every month by the community. It is full of beautiful homes that create an inviting hometown feeling in this city. I personally visit the park and recreational centers regularly. Since I have been living in Westchester, IL, I have found work on a consistent basis, and there has always been an apartment available for me to rent. The crime rate is low, and the streets are secure with watchful neighbors that keep an eye out for danger.

I like the weather, and there is always an outdoorsy event that I can join. Even though the cost of living is high, the perks that you get for living here make it worth the money. Not many cities can measure up to the stable economy and the friendly atmosphere provided in this town. Read Less
