hink of when you want to enjoy a true tropical paradise.
The best areas in Warrington are of course the Gulf coast. I am step from white-sand beaches at Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, and Santa Rosa Island. If I want to escape the are, Pensacola and the state line of Alabama are 6 miles away.
My neighborhood is tucked away and I can still get to I-10 in a few minutes to get me to some excellent restaurants or shopping along the panhandle. We have our share of malls, but I love hitting the discount outlet malls. My house is seconds from Pensacola Bay, a place we can sail or swim all year long.
