That's because living in Warrington puts you on the west side of the panhandle, far away from the congestion of Disney, Miami, or the keys. The best areas in Warrington are of course the Gulf coast. I am step from white-sand beaches at Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, and Santa Rosa Island. If I want to escape the are, Pensacola and the state line of Alabama are 6 miles away.

My neighborhood is tucked away and I can still get to I-10 in a few minutes to get me to some excellent restaurants or shopping along the panhandle. We have our share of malls, but I love hitting the discount outlet malls. My house is seconds from Pensacola Bay, a place we can sail or swim all year long. Read Less
