A patchwork of gated enclaves, The Highlands, and a bombed out 3rd world country 1 rating By Anonymous ( Dec 29, 2022) It's the wild wild west out here folks. There are decent parts of the Highlands and some of the Fancy new subdivisions along Oslo West, and in the South County Initiative (Falcon Trace, etc). Good Luck being able to afford to live there. Otherwise? Hard Pass. Don't even think abo ...Read More ut living/renting anywhere near Oslo and US-1 or along Old Dixie unless you're in a gated/secluded enclave. There are only a few decent enclaves left with lots to buy in Indian River County. The best thing about South County is the Wildwood Antique Mall and El Tapatio! Haha! Read Less
