I'm Proud To Call Urbana, MD My Home! 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Urbana, Maryland is a dream of a place to live. I have been living in Urbana for 11 years and I absolutely love it here. As a divorced mother raising children, their safety and the quality of their education are two of my top priorities. Both of those things are wonderful here in ...Read More Urbana. The schools here are incredible, with teachers who truly care about the students and their education. The crime rate is practically non-existent. The people who comprise the communities treat each other like family and care about where they live. Visitors here are treated like old friends and everyone is respectful. It's a beautiful, safe, pleasant place to live, and I cannot imagine being any happier living anywhere else.

For fun around here, we enjoy visiting Summer's Farms, Shadowland for some laser tag and arcade games, Monocacy National Battlefield for a bit of a trip into the past, the Hometown Harvest Farmers Market, and Baker Park to enjoy some tennis or just to relax and enjoy nature. Read Less
