The best areas in The Crossings include endless parks and nature preserves. I can spend the day bird watching, taking alligator tours in an airboat, or wandering the Art Deco district. The restaurants in The Crossings are exceptional, and the seafood is brought into these locations right off the shrimp boats.
I can be in Homestead in a few minutes or plan for a day in Key West along the scenic Seven Mile Bridge. I am far enough away from the tourists from Miami, but close enough to enough those white-sand beaches any time I like in minutes.
