The American Clock and Watch Museum is an interesting attraction you can visit with friends if you're interested in the history of ...Read More how people keep time and the beautiful timepieces that were popular in years past. The American Lock Museum is in town as well, and is a unique collection of exhibits that features modern and antique locks. Imagine Nation is another Terryville attraction you won't want to pass up if you have children, since your kids will get to participate in educational art projects.

If you want to take the kids to a farm, Wood Acres is the perfect place. This is a great place to go in the winter as well, since you can experience carriage rides while enjoying the snowfall. Connecticut Beer Tours is also available in the area, and is a wonderful way to spend time with friends and sample some of the best beers in the area. Read Less
