Finally Found My Own Slice of Heaven! User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) If living in Tarpon Springs isn't heaven, then I found the next best thing. The west coast of Florida is spectacular the closer to the Gulf of Mexico you can live, and Tarpon Springs is about as close as you'll get. Nestled just slightly north of Saint Petersburg and Tampa, I can ...Read More run and hide from the tourists here and still enjoy the white-sand beaches of Round Point and Sunset Beach.

When the stunning sunsets are done for the night, I can drive a few miles to the Tampa area and party at the nightclubs or hit the casinos. The dining in this area is spectacular, and whether you're looking for the freshest seafood or you want the best steak on the planet, the best areas in Tarpon Springs has it and more.

Fred Howard Park is a true outdoor paradise, and every night you can see a different sunset dazzle over the Gulf of Mexico. From sailing, snorkeling, the just picking up seashells, Tarpon Springs is my own slice of heaven. Read Less
