Sunny In Sunrise, FL 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( Jul 22, 2010) I have lived in Sunrise, Fl for the past ten years. I love the fact that there is always something going on in the city. It is full of culture, entertainment, attractions and has a great vibe. There is always sunshine, beaches close by, and lots of places to shop.

Getting bored ...Read More in Sunrise is almost impossible. I love to go to the beach on my weekends and days off. You just can't beat the white sandy beaches of south Florida on a hot summer day. Sunrise is also home to Sawgrass Mills, which is the fourth largest shopping mall in the United States. I love outdoor activities and Sunrise has lots of parks and recreation centers. There are soccer clubs, tennis clubs, roller hockey arenas, and lots of other city parks where you can take your pets or kids.

The only real drawback that I have found is that, because it is such a busy city, the traffic can be really bad during the commute to work. Other than that, I have no complaints about Sunrise! Read Less
