Summerfield, Maryland - A Great Place to Call Home! User Rating 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I love living in Summerfield! I have laid down roots here and called this town my home for the past twenty five years and I really wouldn't want to live anywhere else! The community and activities are great, people are positively outgoing and friendly, helpful too! The economy an ...Read More d economic job growth are really starting to expend, and we have a superb school district for our children to attend.

There are several things to do here in Summerfield no matter what time of the year it is. I would have to say my favorite is at Christmas time when there is live caroling, turning on the Christmas lights and lighting of the tree. They also serve hot cocoa and cookies! There's other holiday festivities that go on here too like the 4th of July parade and of course fireworks later on in the evening, the community wide memorial Day picnic and celebration is a lot of fun also.
