ower pace of life, but I didn't want to move far from my family or give up my job.
When I found Streamwood, I realized that I didn't have to. Sure, it can be a bit pricey to live in, but so can Chicago. It is a suburb of the city, so in reality I can still do all the shopping I want. The commute is a bit longer, but still doable, and I can read on the way or take a nap if I'm careful. The suburb itself is cozy and peaceful, the best areas in Streamwood being the parks, lakes. and the beautiful Villa Olivia golf course, which I've spent many Saturday mornings at.
