Yes, decent location, and that's about it. Close to Loop 1604 and easy access to Nacogdoches Road and even towards US 281 North. Now the downside.......the homes are cheaply made and will eventually cost you money in repairs. The neighborhood is fair but has more than it needs ...Read More
in troublesome punks who break-in to houses. The streets are especially narrow for a residential area. If someone is having family or guests over then you can bet parking is difficult. Some of the neighbors have gone as far as blocking people in when parked in front of their homes. Theres an HOA but they're easy to get along with. The surrounding schools are good.
