Safety issues, no amenities User Rating 1 rating By JD Earl ( Dec 03, 2017) We moved this year after 2 stressful years in this neighborhood. Walkability is high risk. Here’s why: high rate of speeding on Clover Creek entry street, people using entry as fast cross over from Marbach hitting speed bumps so fast it knocks their bumpers off, constant lost ...Read More dogs and dogs that have been turned loose in the neighborhood, ignoring lease laws, HOA put fence around park then refused access to some who rent. You can walk in the evening if you are prepared to jump out of the way of speeders. Late night traffic with loud high volume music and loud mufflers. If you are home early after they all leave for work it might be safe other than having to put their dogs back in the gates because they don’t bother locking or closing the gates when they take the trash to curb.HOA is cheap but useless. No amenities. No attempt to improve or restrict high percentage rent properties or number of families in one property to protect property values. We are glad we leased the home for 2 years. It would be horrible thought if we had invested and had to stay. Read Less
