I have seen many positive reviews maybe they are from people trying to build up value for their homes. I've lived in Princeton almost 2years now there have been burglaries at my neighbor's house and their neighbors house. I've had people running from police hop my fence. There ...Read More
are no attractions there are homeless people that harass you at almost every stoplight on any given day. Forget just trying to get gas at a gas station there to or even worse a altercation and someone pulls out a gun. The police try but if the people of Princeton don't call how do they know you want safe and peaceful get a big dog have two. Also a gun or two would help as well.
Thee schools are ok coconut palm k-8 and South Dade High School.

Biscayne Bay, a place where you can enjoy snorkeling, sailing, and fishing, or just lying on the beach and soaking up the rays.
I can get to Miami in less than an hour, and dance the night away and the most happening nightclubs in the country. The dining is spectacular in the southeast, and the best areas in Princeton certainly involve something to do with water. Between the Everglades and other state parks in the region, I never have time to be bored in Florida.
Things move slower in the Princeton area, and that is just how I like it. I can drop the top and hit the Seven Mile Bridge to Key West and enjoy some of the most scenic views from a vehicle possible.
