ether, riding bikes and enjoying time in the parks. Most homes are on large lots with incredible mature trees. Humming birds and fox are common visitors to our yard. It’s truly a paradise.

As a suburb of Miami, which is otherwise littered with a variety of people and questionable happenings, Pinecrest is a welcomed departure. The people are close-knit, and the community is inclusive. Kids can play out in the yard with no orioles, people frequently walk their dogs, ...Read More
and can often be seen catching up with a neighbor down the road.
The homes are beautiful, but it comes at a high cost and high taxes. Traffic isn’t terrible, which is an. Ice trade off from the otherwise traffic lattened Miami area. The police here are great, they really care about the community and are quick to respond when called on. Never hesitate to help out locals, which I think adds to the safety of the community overall.
My only concern is outside the community, crime is a BIG issue, which rarely finds us in Pinecrest, but not unheard of. There are also the issues of Hurricanes. The season lasts from about May/June to November/December. Never a guarantee that we’ll be hit, but it’s something to stay aware of.
