I chose the area because I was looking for something in central Florida that gave me access to beaches and this are fit the bill. Compared to other areas that ...Read More I considered, the cost to rent here was a little more affordable.

The best areas in Palmetto, Florida have to include that you are close to some pretty amazing beaches. It is so great being only minutes away from the sand. In addition, there are shopping malls here to give you places to pick up whatever you need or even that special gift and also a few nice restaurants to grab a bite to eat at.

The neighbors here are kind and are always ready to help you if you ask. Did I mention that the weather year round was great? It is almost always sunny and pleasant. So, this place has pleasant weather and pleasant neighbors, you can’t beat that. Read Less
