North Massapequa- A Great Suburban Town User Rating 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) North Massapequa is perfectly located for commuting to Manhattan on the Long Island Railroad, and also enjoying the suburban life of the island with its plentiful parks and beaches. Much of North Massapequa is connected to the Massapequa Preserve which has bike baths the connect ...Read More to Bethpage State Park and is perfect for exercising.

North Massapequa is serviced by three school districts; Massapequa, Plainedge, and Farmingdale, so pay attention to the one you are moving into before you move in. The area is light on nightlife, but is perfect for families with small kids looking for a sense of community. You can easily take the train into Manhattan for all the nightlife you ever need.

The Sunrise Mall is nearby for shopping and Broadway has lots of Pizza Places, Chinese food shops, and doctors office to choose from. Other acclaimed spots like All American Burgers is only a five minute drive.

North Massapequa is a great town to live in and is safe, clean, and perfect for raising a family. Great access to beaches round out for a great balanced life. Read Less
