What drew me to this part of the city were the beautiful brownstone homes and the lovely park. Although this area is very convenient to many large attractions, it has almost a small town feel to it. This is a very ...Read More friendly and welcoming neighborhood. Most people really enjoy living here. I feel at home even as I walk down the streets of Fort Greene.

This neighborhood is located near some delicious restaurants. I love eating at the Bam Cafe. They serve delicious food and offer live music. There are many good stores in this area too for those that love to shop. This area is well known for its plays, dance performances, and other types of shows thanks to the Brooklyn Academy of Music. There is usually something fun going on in this part of the city. This area is also known for its historical sites. It has a great past and the future is looking good for it too. This family friendly neighborhood attracts many new residents. Although it can be costly to buy property in this area, it is worth the price. Buying property here is a good investment. Rental rates are less expensive, but you have to act fast when you see a property come available. This is a popular neighborhood to live in for all ages.

To live in Fort Greene New York, NY, means that you are a very lucky person. Enjoy all of the excitement that New York has to offer along with the charm of this neighborhood. This prestigious area is on the National Register of Historical Places. Many people dream of living in a cute brownstone home or in a luxury condominium in this neighborhood. I plan to enjoy this area for many more happy years. I cannot imagine another place that has as much to offer.
