New Territory - Sugarland Suburb User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) New Territory is a suburb of Houston that has a lot to offer including good schools, neighbors and peace and quiet. The schools are some of the best and offer a well-rounded education with several activities that keep the kids busy. The area is constantly growing and the home val ...Read More ues are increasing. It is still a great area to find a reasonably priced home, but the prices have increased dramatically over the years.

The best thing about living in New Territory is how close it is to Houston and the highway. It makes it very easy for me to get to work within 45 minutes. I also like how diverse and friendly the people are. It's a great place to take walks, bike or job and feel safe during the day. I do think you have to take precautions to keep your home safe particularly at night because there have been some robberies in the area, but the police are normally responsive. Read Less
