open New Braunfels Market Place (pre Tanger). It is not like it was. Very congested. Lots of trash everywhere. A few friendly people, a lot of non-Texan transplants. Thank goodness I am renting. I have been here for 5 months and started packing things up to move 4 months ago, unfortunately my lease is 15 months. I would have to say being able to enjoy the river without crowds is a blessing, though. There is really nothing to rate because of the lockdown, but just the traffic now without anything going on is a nightmare. I would hate to see the town in full swing. It is nothing now more than an extension of San Antonio and a shadow of the town it used to be.
