Lived here most my life. My review should be higher; however, the lack of police efforts to keep this city safe and the lack of education and employment opportunities worthwhile are why I rate this city not so livable. If there were something done about the pollution, crime and ...Read More
if there were more things to do instead of places to eat I might have had more kind things to say about this city. I wouldn't recommend this city to those trying to start a family; sure, it's cheaper and prices are far better than other cities out there, but I wouldn't trust my child to be safe playing in the parks of this city let alone outside of my neighborhood.
