The city is amidst Gaston County North Carolina. Mount Holly is conveniently located west of the queen city, Charlotte. The township is known for its cotton mill that is responsib ...Read More le for its contribution to the yarn industry. There are multiple public and private college and university options in the local area. Jobs are somewhat scarce as of most recent, and the cost of living is amicably inexpensive and stable. Home prices are somewhat steep for the area, but the weather is amazing.

Some of the best areas in Mount Holly North Carolina surround the Downtown Mount Holly Historic District and the Mount Holly Cotton Mill. The buildings in the area are stately, monumental buildings that are long-standing and vital parts of the city’s heritage. The weather is always nice, so exploring the city during any season is fun.
