Happy Hill should be rated FFF 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Aug 09, 2022) I was born and grew up in Mobile 60+ years ago. Happy Hill has always been one of the MOST DANGEROUS areas in all of Mobile. It is part of Africatown. It was dangerous 60 years ago-I doubt it's gotten better.
