the sense of community, the wonderful diversity - of all kinds, the increasing number of families, and addition of many more amenities than existed in the early 90s. I rarely find the need to leave the general Midtown area because everything I need seems to be close-by. There are excellent schools for my children, lots of locally owned business, and creativity abounds, expressed by public arts and private galleries, unique shopping opportunities, and a vibrant social scene.
