Lighthouse Point Florida: Florida’s Best Kept Secret 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I experienced a relaxing lifestyle while living in Lighthouse Point Florida. The city is inside of Broward County. Lighthouse Point is close to Hillsboro Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton. The town has a great public school system. Employment and housing markets are booming ...Read More while the cost of living can be negatively impactful due to the steep economy. Lighthouse is a safe and secure community, with no detection of criminal activity. The weather here is awesome.

Some of the best areas in Lighthouse Point Florida surround the Frank McDonough Park. The park is close to the waterways and offers walking trails. Lighthouse Point is an impressive area with beautiful homes. Social life here is great because there are a lot of venues to choose from. Neighbors are very friendly and close-knit. It is a small, quaint town, so it is pretty easy to miss when visiting the South Florida area. I strongly recommend visiting if you get an opportunity. Everything is convenient to get to and the major cities are just a few miles away. Read Less
