Lake Mary, Florida: Close to the Fun, but Offers a Close-Knit Community User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) Lake Mary, Florida is the community that I currently call home. It is a suburb of Orlando, Florida. I will have to say that I love living in Lake Mary, Florida.

This area is the best of both worlds. The community itself is small and offers a great close-knit community, but I a ...Read More m still close to all of the fun and excitement that Orlando has to offer. My children love attending school year and the school system has great ratings from the state.
The crime rate here is very low and the police presence is a welcoming sight when you do see them, as the officers here are always upbeat.

The best areas in Lake Mary, Florida has got to be the quaint shopping area in downtown Lake Mary. The small boutiques offer great little unique gifts for that person you are shopping for. If you want a bite to eat, well you don’t have to worry about traveling, as there are plenty of restaurants here to fill you up. Read Less
