Hornell small city User Rating 3 rating By Anonymous ( Nov 24, 2021) A few very nice restaurants, club 57, is my fav but there are three or four others, movie theatre kept clean, a few spas and hair salons. Pizza king is the best pizza. My grandfather always got his with onions for 40 years. I walk in seven years after he passed and he was till ...Read More remembered. Wegmans is one of the best places to shop, Walmart is central to a home improvement store. And wegmans, and honestly most of the basic stuff you could want. There are a few chain places, Applebee’s. Burger king( all the usual ones) some thrift stores, a Salvation Army, a really neat antiques coOperative. It’s got an old railroad history so there are some ramshackle houses, but there also some lovely properties. .I like both cities and the middle of nowhere. I’m not much of a suburb “ every house looks the same” sort of thing. Sidewalks are dangerous to navigate. The surrounding towns are not much better. Run away! Read Less
