Located along Intestate 75 and southeast of Sarasota, is the suburb that I am proud to call home, Fruitville, Florida. Living in Fruitville, Florida for the last 7 years has been a great experience. There is just a lot to this community that makes it feel like home to me.

housing prices in this area are comparable to other areas. If you are considering relocating here, you will be surprised at your choices that are currently on the market for either renting or buying. If you have children, you will be happy to know that the local school system is outstanding! All of the local schools are easily meeting the standards set forth by the state.
The best areas in Fruitville, Florida are the recreational areas. There is a local lake that is often used for rowing competitions. This lake has a great sidewalk around the entire perimeter of it and there is a playground for children to play on. In addition, you will also find multiple shopping areas in and around the community.
