Four Corners, FL City Review 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) Four Corners, FL is a good community to live and work. As an unincorporated community in Florida, it has its share of advantages and disadvantages. I was there for a while recently.

Even though Four Corners is an unincorporated community, it still has its share of nearby attrac ...Read More tions. First of all, there is Walt Disney World, Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, the Old Town Theme Park and the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. They work hard to get that tourism dollar.

Even though there is the burden of being an unincorporated community, there are still some positives to living in Four Corners, which, incidentally, is also called Citrus Ridge. One is that household income as just about 10% higher in this community than in the rest of the state. Also, housing is just a bit more affordable than in the rest of the state.

There was also a lot of restaurants I enjoyed going to, including the chain restaurants such as Cracker Barrel, Chili's, or Applebee's. There was also some good mom-and-pop restaurants, including Irish Pubs, Italian restaurants, and Chinese. The nightlife and shopping is also decent simply because of the Disney attractions that are nearby. Overall, it wasn't a bad place to live despite being unincorporated. Read Less
