Shady association run by shady people User Rating 2 rating By Familyman67 ( Jul 15, 2015) The president of the esplanade refuses to show where any of the neighborhood dues go. Refuses to answer the question of whether or not the Lafayette place board members are paid from the dues we pay. Called the cops on me for "allegedly" throwing trash in someone's yard which nev ...Read More er happened. Had the police remind me that it's illegal to rent in this neighborhood... Which I don't.... But the president rents out 3 houses on my block. There's no neighborhood watch... It's not a bad place to live I've been here for 6 years.... But the neighborhood association is absolutely trash and I can't say for sure but i have a suspicion that they may be pocketing our dues. Read Less
