Finding Paradise in the Sunshine State! 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I recently moved to Florida so my children can attend college here, and found my own slice of paradise here in the Sunshine State. Living in Fleming Island is amazing, we have everything I could need within one hour of my quiet neighborhood.

I can drive to the Avenues Mall in mi ...Read More nutes, a short ride up I95 to Jacksonville, or down to Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine in an hour. I can get to the best beaches on the planet in minutes, eat at the best restaurants, or shop at the numerous malls surrounding Fleming Island.

The best areas in Fleming Island include exceptional golf courses, picturesque parks, and plenty of shopping malls. When we want to get away for the day, I can drive to Disney World, Miami, or the Tampa area, all within hours. Everything I could have ever wanted is all here in Florida, and Fleming Island puts me in the middle of the action yet out of all the congestion of the big cities. Read Less
