The Middle of the Sunshine State is Paradise! User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) When my job moved me to Florida, I did not want to live in Orlando because it was too busy for me. I was getting ready to start my search when only a couple miles up the road I found Fairview Shores. The best areas in Fairview Shores for me are the restaurants, a mix of everythin ...Read More g because of all the tourists that come to this region all year. So I get to enjoy the all those amenities right down the street.

Living in Fairview Shores is a lot quieter than the cities to my south packed with theme parks. We have parks and two huge lakes on each side of the city limits. When I want to shop, I jump on I-4 and head opposite of Disney and hit the Altamonte Mall or any number of outlet malls you can see right from the highway.

Orlando is our neighboring city, so I can eat at the best restaurants, shop at the coolest stores, or take in a museum or show any day of the week. Read Less
