Fairland is a Convenient Suburb of Washington DC 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) I have been living in Fairland Maryland for two years and have enjoyed the convenience of this suburban city to Washington DC and Baltimore two cities that I frequent regularly for business. Fairland has great educational school districts that have fully capable instructors, prin ...Read More cipals, and superintendents so that your kids can learn in a structured safe environment. The amenities in this city are comparable to any other suburban location with the major restaurant chains, shopping centers, and other opportunities to live comfortably.

The housing is not that expensive and you have opportunities to live in nice areas without the heavy mortgage payments that are in other areas around Washington DC. The weather in Fairland is average at best but it's really nice in the summertime. The best areas in Fairland are around the West Fairland Park. If you are like me and need to have a place convenient to live in Washington DC and Baltimore, Fairland would be a great place for you to live and raise your family. Read Less
