You may also want to visit 16th Street Baptist Church, which is an historic site that was a significant part of the Civil Rights era. If you want to do some shopping in Fairfield, you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants at Western Hills Mall. You can also pay a visit to the Birmingham Museum of Art to take in beautiful work from artists who have a connection to the Fairfield area.
