Fairborn, Oh, full of surprises 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I have been living in Fairborn, Ohio for the last 3 years, dnd the experiences has been, overall, pretty good. Rent and housing prices are very reasonable giving residents lots of affordable choices. The best area has to be the Air Force Museum, with all kinds of airplanes both i ...Read More nside and out there is always something new to see. And you can't beat the admission price, Free! There is plenty of shopping at the Fairfield Commons Mall, and there are lots of other stores and restaurants in the area too. The school district isn't the greatest, but it isn't the worst either. And it isn't hard to make friends or find things to do. With the Air Force base as a major part of Fairborn, there are always new people to meet and lots of things to do, like the Air Show! There are tons of parks with playgrounds for kids of basketball courts for adults. And last summer, I had the best time at the Skyborn drive-in theater. Read Less
