Shopping and nightlife a ...Read More re good. Elmwood Park is close to one of the largest malls in America (Woodfield Mall) and is close to the city of Chicago itself. This perfect location makes Elmwood Park an ideal place to live for those looking to either raise a family or live close to the city without the costly hassle of city taxes.

Elmwood Park is one of the best areas to buy a house. The houses in the area are fairly priced and you don't have to pay extensive city property taxes which saves you a lot of money annually.

Weather in the area is comparable to the rest of the Midwest. The winters can be cold and snowy, and the summers are usually hot and humid. The autumn season is amazing however, and the trees in Elmwood Park are colored brightly which is pleasant to the eye.

Overall, I highly recommend living in Elmwood Park. You can't beat the housing prices and location. Read Less
