Dundalk, MD - A Pleasant Surprise 4 rating By Anonymous ( Aug 10, 2010) I visited Dundalk, MD in the summer of 2008, when my family spent the fourth of July there. I will have to admit that at first when I was told that we were going to spend time there, I was not overly enthused. I quickly changed my mind once we actually arrived in Dundalk.

I had ...Read More the best time and look forward to spending many more summers in Dundalk. The morning of July fourth, we attended a parade that was given by the city of Dundalk. The parade was truly a great experience and it made me proud to be an American and I was also thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in the celebration with the wonderful people who lived in this small city. Later that evening, we went to view the fireworks display. The fireworks were awesome. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get out and see some spectacular fireworks on 4 July pay a visit to Dundalk.

The people were very friendly and they make you feel as though you were at home. We stopped at a local gas station to ask for directions and a very nice couple recommended a couple of cool places for us to check out during our stay there. We did, and we were glad we did. Read Less
